Newbury Pioneer House
Part of the Tri Village Exhibit at the Stagecoach Inn Museum is the Pioneer home. This is a replica of the original 1874 home of Mr. and Mrs. Egbert Newbury. The design was taken from the drawing above to recreate as close as possible the exact home.






Extreme care was taken in furnishing the building to represent a settler's home as it would have looked the year of 1874.
The construction involved many volunteers who gave of their expertise, knowledge, and labor as well as donations of supplies from many companies.
Just like the old days, the towns folk came together to complete the wonderful task of providing a place for all people to discover the historic value the Newbury's brought to this area.
